Chemyunion is proud to present the 5th edition of its Sustainability Report, referring to the year 2024. With the theme “Circularity,” the document reinforces our commitment to environmental preservation and the construction of a more sustainable future. It clearly presents the main initiatives and results from the past year.
This report brings together, in an objective and transparent manner, the key initiatives, advancements, and outcomes achieved throughout the year, with special emphasis on the practical application of the 3Rs principles — Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.
Our Sustainability Report highlights how Chemyunion puts the 3Rs — Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle — into practice in a clear and transparent way, showcasing the major initiatives, progress, and results from the past year. It demonstrates tangible outcomes that reflect our ongoing efforts to reduce environmental impact and promote a more sustainable future.

Key highlights from 2024:

  • Planting of 1,813 native trees, contributing to the restoration of degraded areas and increasing biodiversity.
  • 445.2 tons of waste were directed to circular processes — representing 96.27% of the total generated. This reflects our commitment to the circular economy and landfill waste reduction.
  • We produced over 3.6 million kilograms of products, all developed with a strong focus on sustainability, minimizing environmental impact while ensuring high performance.
  • We captured more than 2,340 tons of carbon in our conservation areas, helping to combat climate change and reduce our carbon footprint.
